Danielle Esposito is a Nutritious Life Master certified nutrition and wellness coach, specializing in women over 40. Through her business Wellness for Life, she works one on one, via zoom, with clients helping them feel their best at any age. I had the pleasure of capturing Danielle in a personal branding session and also had the opportunity to ask her a series of questions.

What Makes Your Service Notable?

I work with clients on an individual basis, tailoring the program for their needs. It's not a one size fits all. So whether you are working, running around with kids, or are an empty nester who now has time to take care of herself, this program can work! When a client works with me, we work together to develop an effective plan that fits well within my client’s lifestyle, setting my client on a pathway for success that extends beyond our time together.

What Inspired You to Create Wellness for Life?

As a woman in my fifties and a mother of four, I know firsthand the difficulties of navigating health and wellness. I had my own gut issues which seemed to get worse as I entered perimenopause. By working with a nutritionist myself, she was able to get me feeling my best again and I wanted to do that for others as well!

What is the Best Piece of Business Advice You Have Ever Received?

A good friend once told me to be myself-to stay true to who you are and be authentic- that will come through to your clients. And to believe wholeheartedly in yourself.

What is Your Favorite Mantra?

Age is not a number but how you feel.

What Was Your Absolute Biggest Challenge Prior to Doing a Personal Branding Shoot?

I do not like to be in front of the camera or post myself on social media-that has never been my thing so this is way out of my comfort zone.

What Would You Say to Somebody on the Fence About Booking a Shoot?

Just do it! Melissa is so professional and puts you at ease-she made the shoot so much fun and you will be blown away once you see the pictures. I think she really captured who I am.
