Kevin is a Realtor in Greenwich, CT with Sotheby’s International Realty.  He is also a father of three and married to his “favorite person on the planet.”  Kevin was formerly a swim team coach for 25 years before changing careers to real estate.  Kevin’s passion for helping people succeed in his role as a coach has carried over into his life as a realtor.  From my time working with Kevin it was evident to me that he is well organized and an effective communicator.  I have no doubt that Kevin will be your expert guide whether you are a buyer, seller, or renter.  He was a pleasure to work with! I asked Kevin a series of questions about himself and his work to get to know him better. 

What inspired you to become a real estate agent?

I love living in Greenwich. We moved here in 2013 when my twins were not yet 1 year old. They've grown, we've made friends, found great restaurants and places to explore. We've learned a lot about the schools in town, public and private. I want to share the benefits of being here with those who are interested in moving to Greenwich.

What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?

From a friend in the office - "take the silencer off" Don't be shy about what you do. There's a difference between sharing effectively and being uncomfortably pushy. Being known for who you are and what you do is important.

What is your favorite mantra?

Frank Costanza said, "Serenity now" This might have a silly source, but it's an ideal to hold on to when things get crazy. Clients, attorneys, agents, inspectors, family input - all these can get the storm winds blowing, but remaining calm and focused on the goal helps in so many ways.

What was your absolute biggest challenge prior to doing a personal brand shoot?

Getting over my fear that I don't look good in photos. Why spend the money if I'm going to be embarrassed or disappointed?

What changed after getting your images?

Melissa made me feel so comfortable during the photo shoot that I completely let go of any fear or inhibition. From the moment we met I felt comfortable. This shows in my photos. I think I look happy and confident instead of nervous.

What would you say to somebody on the fence about booking a shoot?

Do it! Melissa makes all the difference. And my photos are great and were delivered earlier than expected.
